4 :) Argentina. Got it from Rio de la Plata from my trip to Argentina in 2009. Came close to putting Spain before thinking a little harder.
5 :( Rather. Never heard of any of these people. I assume this is some PBS show.
6 :) 1000 island dressing. I was terrified that the answer would be Niagara Dressing that I hadn't heard of, but I could imagine 1000 little islands somewhere near the falls and am glad I didn't switch. Dodged a bullet here.
