1 :) D2 Glucose, Fructose - I knew that lactose is glucose + galactose, and sucrose is similar. I guessed/remembered correctly what the second monosaccharide was. 
2 :) D0 Die Hard - Gennaro made me very confident. I was ready to be surprised though. 
3 :( D2 Carmen - I should learn the plots of more operas.
