6 :) D2/0 Poutine - A couple weeks ago I had a very delicious, indulgent poutine at Duckfat in Portland, ME. The Belgian fries were fried in duck fat, with a duck gravy, a slow cooked duck confit and a sunny side up duck egg on top.
