1) Hoi Paloi 2/2 I did not for a second think this was correct, it sounds Vietnamese to me, but I had no better answer.
2) Istanbul 2/2 no clue
3) Sephora 3/2 Sephora is my daughter's favorite store, and when i realized Sephora must be related to Sephardic, I knew I had the right answer
4) Borneo 1/1 Was between Borneo and Sumatra, I went with the larger island
5) Black Mirror 1/1 Have never seen it, but knew that it was a Twilight Zone-type show and so it fit
6) Sooners 0/0 I learned about this for the first time from a similar question earlier in LL .
