1. Stewart and Oldman :(, D01. I knew one but had no chance at getting both. 
2. Texas :), D22. I was pretty certain, but I suspect this will play fairly hard.

4. Plunger :), D11. Gimmeish. 
5. Titan :), D30. I’ve followed this. 
6. Magician :), D12. I’ve heard of the series but had no idea who the author was.
