A disappointing 3/6 today (and even more disappointing 2/6 yesterday), with loss to Seif, haven't got into the groove yet this season.
1 : ) St Basil. In my wheelhouse and yes I would have assumed in Seif's too. D21.
2 : ( Anise. Licorice was the obvious answer but I was certain it's an African plant not European/Asian. But I was wrong. D12
3 : ) Bicycle. I very vaguely remember this film from when I was a kid. D01
4 : ( Gershwin. Misjudged how easy this question would be, clearly. D33
5 : ) Gin Rummy. Gimme of the day. D10
6 : ( Minor General. Had no idea, but feels like the sort of thing I should know. D22
