1 : ) McDonalds. I have seen then forgotten this film, but the mention of Nick Offerman as a McDonald brother brought back the memories. D00
2 : ) Laos. 1953 plus SE Asian looking names means one of the former French colonies. Rule out Vietnam as no royals and none of the names looked like the name of the Cambodian king, who at any rate certainly wasn’t kept on as president when the Khmer Rouge took over. So that left Laos. D22
3 : ( Belle Epoque. I considered Empire but ruled it out as a silly name for a period in French history. D33
4 : ( New York Contemporary Dance. Considered Ballet but rejected it for something more modern. D22
5 : ) Tapenade. Delicious. D11
6 : ) Runes. The time period and locations made sense with the concept of Runes. D11
