1) Boysenberries 2/2 I've never heard of the book
2) West Point 1/1 I only know of the Kosciuszko Bridge in Queens from traffic reports on the radio. That had me thinking of New York and a river, which got me to the answer. Great question in how it asks for a military "location".
3) Cava 0/0 Got it from vena cava, and not from my favorite lunch place.
4) Wilhelm (scream) 2/3 YEKIOYD, luckily I do.
5) Young 3/2 Was thinking Neil Young, from the North Country of Canada, though 1963 seemed early. Wish I had seen the movie.
