1 :) D2/2 Lee - Lucky guess. I was hoping that Brenda Mae was Brenda Lee and that 李振藩 was Bruce. I was also considering Roe or Doe from court cases.
2 :) D1/0 New Zealand - When finally I got this, it seemed so much better than the other answers I was considering.

4 :( D3/3 The Cat - I should have figured this one out from the Talented Mr Damon movie. Instead I went with the Lillian Jackson Braun series that fills up several shelves in mystery section of the library.
