First a bit of catch up from Friday, tied DSeif 3(3) - 3(3) in LLL, I knew Sigma (gimme), Juventus (one of the few soccer teams I know a little about, some famous player signed with them a few years ago and it was a big deal and I remembered they were in Italy, plus founded by a group of students--->juvenile---> Juventus!), and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (70s rock gimme)
As expected I'm 1-4 to start the season in A. 5/6 today gives me a fighting chance though, and gets me to my personal goal of a lifetime .600 qpct.
1) Crepuscular 2/3 Familiar with this term, and there are a lot of crepuscular creatures on my street
2) Qing 1/1 Nice surprise here! Went through the alphabet, wrote down some names that rang a bell, thought I had a chance with Qing
3) Frigidaire 1/2 Near gimme without the clue, but felt a lot better with it
4) lamb 2/2 no idea, guessing this is a gimme for you lot
5) Long Island 3/1 Not only my home and native land, but more importantly, that of Billy Joel. First answer to come to mind, thought nah, there has to be something bigger, but i couldn't come up with anything.
6) Harvey 0/0 Should be the easiest of the day, though i wouldn't say it's an across the board gimme as Richard Dawson now pre-dates half of the league. (I actually said this so DSeif wouldn't feel bad, but if even he got it...)
